Anti Estrogen Steroids Anastrozole Raw Powder Arimidex 120511-73-1 for Treating Breast Cancer
Anastrozole is a nonsteroidal inhibitor of aromatase which effectively blocks estrogen synthesis in postmenopausal women and is used as therapy of estrogen receptor positive breast cancer. Anastrozole has been associated with a low rate of serum enzyme elevations during therapy and rare instances of clinically apparent liver injury.

Potent selective triazole aromatase inhibitors, can inhibit the cytochrome P-450 aromatase enzyme which depends blocking the biosynthesis of estrogen, and estrogen to stimulate breast cancer cell growth factors. Treatment of breast cancer, especially for those with hormone relapse after adjuvant therapy after menopause for women with advanced breast cancer
The ATAC trial was of localized breast cancer and women received either anastrozole, tamoxifen, or both for five years, followed by five years of follow-up.After more than 5 years the group that received anastrozole had better results than the tamoxifen group. The trial suggested that anastrozole is the preferred medical therapy for postmenopausal women with localized breast cancer, which is estrogen receptor (ER) positive.Another study found that the risk of recurrence was reduced by 40%, but was associated with an increased risk of bone fractures. The study concluded that ER positive patients benefited from switching from tamoxifen to anastrozole in patients who have completed 2 years' adjuvant tamoxifen.A more recent trial found that anastrozole significantly reduced the incidence of breast cancer in postmenopausal women relative to placebo, and while there were side effects related to estrogen deprivation observed, the researchers concluded that this was probably not related to the treatment. Lead author Jack Cuzick was quoted by the BBC as saying, "This class of drugs is more effective than previous drugs such as tamoxifen and crucially, it has fewer side effects," adding that he thought there was now enough evidence to support offering the drug.

Use in Bodybuilding:
When a man uses anabolic androgenic steroids (AAS), certain compounds will aromatize into estrogen. The main culprits that will do this are all testosterone esters, such as: cypionate, enanthate, dianabol, deca durabolin, and less so Boldenone (EQ). If estrogen isn't inhibited by using an AI (aromatase inhibitor), then high-estrogen side effects can occur. The most well-known side effect is gynecomastia or what is known commonly as 'gyno', 'bitch tits' or 'man breasts'. A man may notice a lump forming within his breast(s) - or under the nipple area; if not treated quickly, this can require serious surgery to remove. The lesser known but very serious side effects are caused by water retention, which can give a bloated or 'full' look. Extra water weight to your body or face (commonly called “moon face for its round or full look) can ruin a nice physique by making a person look fat. Internally, carrying around extra water weight will strain the body’s lipids across the board. A person can expect a rise in blood pressure, heart strain, and loss in energy. Also, high estrogen can affect libido.
On the other hand, if you are too aggressive in inhibiting estrogen, by using compounds that are harsher than Arimidex, this can cause your estrogen to drop too low. As a result, you can expect erectile disfunction (ED), loss of energy, depression and low libido.
How Anastrozole works:
Hormones are substances produced naturally in the body. They act as chemical messengers and help control the activity of cells and organs. Hormonal therapies interfere with the way hormones are made or how they work in the body.
Many breast cancers rely on the hormone oestrogen to grow. This type of breast cancer is called oestrogen receptor-positive (ER positive) breast cancer.
After the menopause, oestrogen is no longer made in the ovaries. Instead, it’s made in the fatty tissues of the body. This happens when an enzyme called aromatase changes other hormones into oestrogen. Anastrozole is a drug called an aromatase inhibitor. It blocks this process and reduces the amount of oestrogen in the body.
