~~ What is Stenabolic (SR9009)?~~
Also known as Stenabolic, SR9009 has been developed by Scripps Research Institute under the leadership of professor Thomas Burris.
In spite of being associated with SARMS, Stenabolic (SR9009) is in fact a Rev-ErbA ligand. It means SR binds to this protein and makes it more active. As a result, the user will experience a lot of positive effects, such as increased fat loss, enhanced endurance, and many other health benefits.
As mentioned beforehand, SR9009 is a synthetic Rev-Erb ligand, which is taken orally. This is a very unique compound. By stimulating the Rev-Erb protein, SR9009 has the ability to greatly influence a lot of regulatory mechanisms in the human body.
For instance, it can affect the circadian rhythms, lipid and glucose metabolism, fat-storing cells, as well as macrophages. Hence, Stenabolic will allow the user to lose fat and drastically increase endurance, both of which are very desirable effects for an athlete.
SR9009, which is currently under development at The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI), increases the level of metabolic activity in skeletal muscles of mice. The drug was developed by Professor Thomas Burris, who found that it was able to reduce obesity in populations of mice. It binds to and activates a protein called Rev-ErbAα, which influences fat and sugar burning in the liver, production of fat cells, and the body's inflammatory response.
If the effects of SR9009 on mice can safely be reproduced for people, the new drug may offer new therapies for obesity and its companions, metabolic syndrome and diabetes. Another area in which SR9009 or a similar drug may confer substantial benefit is to offset the loss of general muscle conditioning which occurs as a side effect of reduced activity caused by illness and/or aging. People most likely to enjoy these benefits include those suffering from severe arthritis, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other conditions that restrict the ability to exercise.

SR9009 (Stenabolic) has the ability to alter the activity of the skeletal muscle mitochondria, or in simple terms – it boosts your metabolic activity. This makes it similar to what DNP does, being SR9009 much safer and not counter-productive to your endurance goals. How it works?

SR9009 has great promise in increased exercise capacity and endurance. This compound acts as an agonist of Rev-erbα. SR9009 binds to one of the body's natural molecules called Rev-erbα, which influences lipid and glucose metabolism in the liver, the production of fat-storing cells and the response of macrophages (cells that remove dying or dead cells) during inflammation.
Current studies show activation of Rev-erbα with SR9009 led to increased metabolic activity in skeletal muscle in culture,had a 50 percent increase in running capacity, measured by both time and distance.

SR9009 latches onto Rev-erbα -- which plays a role in regulating the body's circadian rhythm and metabolism -- resulting in a pronounced metabolic boost in test subjects.
SR9009 Dosages and Suggestion
Dosages of 20-100mg a day have been reported by users without any negative side effects. From the information we have received, results from SR9009 treatment appear to be dose dependent up to a maximum dosage of 100mg per day. After this dosage, results tend to taper off.
