Misoprostol, also known as hickory, misoprostol and misoprostol, was first listed in the United States in 1985. It is a kind of synthetic prostaglandin E1 analogue. It is a light yellow viscous liquid. It is a new type of anti progesterone. It is a derivative of prostaglandin E1. It can stimulate the secretion of mucus and bicarbonate and promote the mucosal blood flow. Therefore, it has a protective effect on gastric and duodenal mucosa and is conducive to ulcer healing.
